The H-CUBE project aims at identifying and disseminating good practices, contents and tools for training programs and campaigns for prevention of HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. Partners in the project are government structures and non-government organizations from 11 EU countries - Italy, Romania, Greece, Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Cyprus, Malta and Lithuania. The leading partner is the University of Sassari, Italy.
The main activities under the project include the developing of a multilingual and multimodal digital platform for health/education trainers in the area of health education and of problems related to HIV, hepatitis B and C in particular. This platform will also provide an e-learning using innovative pedagogical approaches and new online learning and training methods. Also a prevention campaign is planned to be held in all partner countries at places popular with young people.
The project is financed by the Public Healthcare Program of the European Commission – the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers (PHEA).
