CONDOM WITH A CAUSE * THINK WITH YOUR HEAD is a campaign for responsible sexual behavior of Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association and SEXWELL condoms.
The medical center of BFPA was one of the places making for years free VCT (Voluntary counseling and testing) HIV testing and counseling on a programme financed by the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The Fund is withdrawing from the country, but many people still continue to come and request to be tested, and for many of them is of importance if this to be for free – so we are looking for opportunities to continue implementing the acivity. Together with SEXWELL we decided that we could help people in need to look preserve their health.
With the funds raised on this mutual campaign we will give opportunity for free HIV and other STIs testing and counseling to people in need. The campaign is supported by the Bulgarian Center for Not-for profit Law (BCNL) and is part of its program to support fund-generating activities of NGOs.
Both BFPA and SEXWELL believe that sexuality and pleasant intimate experience are important for everyone and that health is priceless. And we are convinced that both can go hand in hand!
By buying a package of 30 SEXWELL condoms with a cause you donate 2 BGN for ensuring free VCT for HIV and other STIs for people in need and support:
- Socially disadvantaged people
- Students and other young people
- People from vulnerable communities

"Condom with a Cause" currently presents important knowledge on prevention of sexually transmitted infections via interviews with different medical specialists, as well of people supporting the idea. "Think with your Head" and "Health is Priceless" are the main messages of the campaign. Partners of the initiative are the web platform LOVEGUIDE and BFPA volunteers.
